My Sweet Home is a real estate mobile app that allows users to buy, rent, and sell properties. People travel for different reasons, and about 70% of travel to a country or city they haven’t been to before; therefore, they need a safe and reliable place to stay. This is where the My Sweet Home app comes in.
I conducted interviews with many people in our target market; about 70% of them where tourists and workers, and about 30% were real estate agents. I ask them several questions to capture their motivations, beliefs, goals, behaviors, and demographics. This research was used to gauge the viability of the product in the market by researching similar, successful products and identify ways in which the value of the product could be increased.
